Our team consists of industry experts with over a decade of experience in fashion and sustainability, working between Copenhagen, Warsaw, Istanbul, and London. We combine deep theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, continuously exploring the most cutting-edge developments in global fashion.   • Sustainability Coordinator

    An expert in sustainable development in the fashion industry. Lecturer in sustainable fashion design and production at the International School of Costume and Fashion Design in Poland. She is currently pursuing an MA in Sustainable Fashion at Falmouth University (UK) and an MSc in Sustainability, Technology, and Innovation at Tomorrow University (Germany). Author of articles on sustainable fashion for Fashion Declares (UK) and a longtime collaborator of the organization. She also develops workshops, webinars, and educational materials aimed at advancing sustainability in the fashion industry for universities and fashion brands, in partnership with the Argentine organization Hecho por Nosotros, where she is a speaker at various co-organized with United Nations events.

    Karolina Sikorska holds a BA in Design & Business with a focus on Communication Design and Media an AP in Design Technology specializing in Sustainable Fashion from KEA Copenhagen School of Design & Technology. With a multidisciplinary background in visual design, art direction, and photography, she blends strategic storytelling with innovative design solutions to create compelling brand narratives. Her expertise spans print and digital media, trend forecasting, and sustainable fashion practices, ensuring impactful and forward-thinking creative direction.

  • Legal Advisor

    Polish lawyer with a Master of Laws from the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate studies in corporate financial management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Currently working at an international law firm, she specializes in M&A transactions and corporate law, supporting clients through every stage of complex, multi-jurisdictional business deals. Her passion for sustainable fashion drives her to closely monitor legislative changes in this space and their impact on brand strategies.


  • Natalia Królikowska holds a master’s degree in Business Management from Kozminski University, specializing in communication and circular economy research. She wrote her master’s thesis on the potential of circular business models to transform the Polish fashion and textile industry. Her work in sustainable fashion combines innovative strategies with effective messaging to drive transformative business practices.
